Enchilada Bake
Total Time: 40 min | Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 30 min
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350°
Step 2:
Slice each biscuit into 8 small pieces. Add the dough to a medium bowl and pour the enchilada sauce over the top and stir together.
Step 3:
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet. Drain the grease and add in the taco seasoning with 2 tablespoons of water. Mix in the Green chiles.
Step 4:
Pour the biscuits and enchilada sauce into a 9×13 baking dish. Top with the ground beef and sprinkle the cheeses evenly on top.
Step 5:
Bake for 30 minutes or until the biscuits are cooked through and the cheese is fully melted. Top with your favorite toppings and ENJOY!
