Oven Baked Ribs

Ingredients

  • 3 Racks of Baby Back Ribs
  • Blues Hog Dry Rub
  • Favorite BBQ Sauce
  • *Loaded Potato Salad
  • *Who Made the Baked Beans
    *Optional Sides

Kitchen Tools

  • 2 Baking Sheets
  • Aluminum Foil
  • Tongs
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board

Oven Baked Ribs

Total Time: 3 hrs | Prep Time: 20 min | Cook Time: 2.5 hrs

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 275°

Step 2:

(Prep the meat) Trim the excess, remove the membrane, and rub the Blues Hog Dry Rub ALL over the meat. 

Step 3:

Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and bake for 2 hrs.

Step 4:

Remove Ribs from the Oven and raise the temp to 500°

Step 5:

Put BBQ Sauce on the ribs and cook UNCOVERED for 10 minutes.

Step 6:

Cut into individual ribs and ENJOY
