Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (10oz) Frozen Chopped Spinach (Thawed and Drained)
  • 1 container (16 oz) Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Hellman’s Mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg Knorr® Vegetable Recipe Mix
  • 1 can Water Chestnuts (Drained and Chopped)
  • 3 Green Onions (Chopped)

Spinach Dip

Aunt Sonya’s Recipe

Step 1:

In medium bowl, Stir Spinach, Sour Cream, Mayonnaise, Soup Mix, Water Chestnuts, Green Onions until well mixed.

Step 2:

Cover, Chill 2 hrs to blend flavors.

Step 3:

Stir well. Serve in round bread or bowl.

Step 4:

Serve with chips, crackers, or Wheat Thins. (Wheat Thins are her favorite)
